Welcome to the CVMA® Maine Chapter 17-1
Programs We Support
All donations made to the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® (CVMA®) will be used to further progress in our mission to be
“Vets Helping Vets”
K9s on The Front Line
K9s on The Front Line is a Maine-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing certified, trained service dogs to military Veterans who are affected by PTSD and/or TBI, at no cost to our Veterans.
A specially trained PTSD service dog can quite literally save a recipient’s life by neutralizing negative emotions and providing a sense of security. Our service K9s are trained to intercept flashbacks, blunt nightmares and guide in stressful situations. These skills are further complemented by a set of tailored, specific tasks depending on the needs of the individual Veteran.
Operation ReBoot OutDoors
Operation ReBoot OutDoors Veterans Hunting and Fishing Missions was created to connect Veterans to the outdoors. Through brotherhood, camaraderie, and nature, our goal is to help Veterans, LEOs, and active service members find purpose again, and show them they are not alone. Our staff consist of Veterans and Maine Guides, who are some of the best outdoorsmen in the state. We are unique in many ways; beginning with the fact that we do not leave anyone behind. If you served this country honorably, you are welcome to sign up for anything we have to offer. We also offer just about anything outdoors that Maine has to offer, as well as lifetime trips outside of the state and the country. Our word is all we have that holds value.
This is my word; if you give ReBoot a try you will not regret it.

Veterans’ Adaptive Sports & Training
The goal of our VAST program is to promote lifelong health and well-being of veterans with disabilities through regular participation in a VAST array of physical activities and sports.
Any and all veterans are encouraged to volunteer and enjoy some outdoor activities and a sense of camaraderie with fellow veterans.
Maine Military Museum
The mission of the museum is to teach today’s and future generations the true meaning of “SERVICE ABOVE SELF”. Through authentic artifacts, displayed in a variety of formats throughout the museum, viewers can bear witness to the experiences and sacrifices of past members of our Armed Forces.
Museum exhibits cover every aspect of military service from the Revolutionary War to Afghanistan and Iraq. The primary focus is on American Prisoners of War (POWs) from our own Civil War up to the Vietnam Conflict.
It is not a glorification of war, but a tribute to those who have served in the military, during peacetime and in war. It is also a place to honor those who have paid the ultimate price while serving the state of Maine and our nation over the years.
